Quick & Easy Tofu Bisque

1 pint cream
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 cup chopped imitation crab meat (OPTIONAL, this is actually made of fish)
1 cup cubed tofu
1 tsp chopped parsely (for color, can be omitted)
1/4 tsp freshly grounded black pepper for taste
1/4 tsp sugar or sugar substitute (if needed)
heat all ingredients is saucepan stirring occationally until heated throughout.
Tofu is made from soybeans so it should be good boobie food. For even more soy in your diet you can substitute soymilk for the cream. You will need to use cornstarch to thicken the soup.
