A point of focus for me now will be to support my liver by way of foods, flushing and herbal liver support periodically for the herbal support anyway.

i use dr hooda clark method and use tumeric to cleanse my liver and raw garlic for kidney.

process = teaspoon tumeric in cup add some warm water stir and gulp down taste
for kidney = fresh garlic i pod cut in small chunks , place back of tongue and swallow with warm water.
