So the growth this month wasn't that measureable - maybe 0.5cm thats not even 0.2 inches ^^
But I noticed that they got bigger on the top (I have very bottom heavy breasts), which looks wonderful.
My Programm for the 4 th Month is still the same:
a. Noogling, Massage (Japanese and Circles with Baby oil).
b. Supplements/Foods etc. anytime:
Protein Shake (one daily)
Sojamilk - wholesoy 1 to 2 glasses per day (well at least I hope to find some, lol.)
Maca (2-3 capsuls daily, that makes 700 to 1050 mg daily)
Multivitamin (1 capsule daily)
c. Supplements/Foods etc. in the folicular Phase:
about 2 - 4 spoons full of flaxseeds
d. Supplements/Foods etc. in the luteal Phase:
Walnut Tea (contains progesterone)
e. Silent Subliminals:
Folicular: Estrogen Boost, Luteal: Progesteron Boost, as often as possible: Bust Growth
I have not undergone an Hormon test yet, but I'll do in 1 Month.
So I don't include strong phytohormones into my Programm - I fear the could damage something. I only try to eat more boobie Foods. The only Supplement is Maca - which should stabilize my hormones (my doctor said it would be ok). And the walnut tea is supposed to make boobies bigger, but the main reason I take it is for detoxing.
