Receipe for SOY & POTATO

Ingredient: Half litre soy milk, 250g potato, soy powder.
Method: Chop potato, add to soy milk. Boil milk and potato until potato soft, then add soy powder.

Ingredient: Half litre soy milk, approx 750g potato, 2 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoon soy powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 medium onion.
Method: Chop potato, make thin chops. In saucepan put soy milk, flour, salt, garlic powder, soy powder, cayenne pepper. Cook medium heat until sauce thickens, then add onions to sauce. Layer casserole dish with half of chop potato. Spoon half of sauce over and repeat with remaining potato and sauce. Cover and bake in preheat oven, 350 degrees for 65 minute.

Ingredients:
400g soybeans
4 cups hot cooked rice
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
400g tomatoes
1 cup lean ham, cut into small cubes
1 tsp seasoning
4 drops hot pepper sauce
Method:
Heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 to 6 minutes until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice.
Yield:
6 cups bean mixture (4 servings) Serving size: 1 1/2 cups bean mixture over 1 cup rice.
