It's for implants but works just as well for round perky breasts. If you measure across each breast individually you can get you bra size from chart below that I copied from a website. It worked for me as when I was 7.75" I was a really full B. Now I'm at about 9" and a 32D. Looks like for each 1" gained across each breast you gain one cup.I really like the idea of measuring each individual breast. Will be doing this from now. I think it's more accurate than measuring around. Do you know if the band size is based on the underbust measurement or underbust plus 4 or 5? I'm a 24-25" underbust depending on how I measure. I know I'm wearing the wrong bra size.
32" band: 6" = A cup; 6 1/2" = Full A
32" band: 7" = B cup; 7 1/2" = Full B
32" band: 8" = C cup; 8 1/2" = Full C
32" band: 9" = D cup; 9 1/2" = Full D
34" band: 6 1/2" = A cup; 7" = Full A
34" band: 7 1/2" = B cup; 8" = Full B
34" band: 8 1/2" = C cup; 9" = Full C
34" band: 9 1/2" = D cup; 10" = Full D
36" band: 7" = A cup; 7 1/2" = Full A
36" band: 8" = B cup; 8 1/2" = Full B
36" band: 9" = C cup; 9 1/2" = Full C
36" band: 10" = D cup; 10 1/2" = Full D
38" band: 9 1/2" = C cup
38" band: 10 1/2" = D cup
