Here (http://www.naturalstandard.com/index-abstract.asp?create-abstract=flaxseed.asp&title=Flaxseed%20and%20flaxseed%20oil) it says flaxseed oil doesn't contain lignans. I think since I've already bought it, I might as well go ahead and try it out. Did the member you referred to use the oil topically or ingest it?
