There is no miracle breast growth.

You mentioned using Bio oil and Flax seed Oil.

Those two are the biggest oils used when doing NBE.

I have gained about an inch so far this month, but have not gone up a cup size.

If you could go up a cupsize a month with massage alone, every woman here would be hitting their goals and not spending years working on NBE.

It's not realistic. What works for you may not work for someone else. Not everyone gets growth pain, not everyone gets tingles.

Don't place a one size fits all on something so complex.

and I know every one is different, yet I am trying to explain my experiment.. and I press my boobs so hard to work on the deeper tissues and stimulate the muscles.

and you are correct about the point of individual differences, I tend to store fat inn my breasts and midsection so its easier for me to get faster results.
