1st MAY UPDATE:

Phew thank goodness that's over... (kidding!)

Ok since starting hypnosis one month ago and yes its the first on side of the world Smile

I gained all round 1cm new growth!
I didn't/couldn't commit to hypnosis every day but I also used subliminals on the off days. I did still take herbs but inconsistently also (cause that's just me).

Look forward to the other updates Smile
