Over in the FAQs section, Lotus said that DIM would probably flush the estrogen from the PM out of your system faster than it would be used. So it would make the PM more inefficient.

Interesting...I wonder why they would pair PM and DIM together in a supplement such as in Nature's Answer, if DIM makes PM less efficient..
