I "hydro noogled" in the bath tub. Never tried it in the shower.
But I really did not like it. Two days later there was still some water left in the tube of the pump and I was afraid to damage it. :s Also I had to push the pump really hard when the cups were filled with water, I thought the pump will break up. Maybe I did it wrong though.

Hmm... I know some people hang their tubing up in the shower or closet so that the water drains out. I'll have to do more research on hydro noogling. That could certainly be an issue.
