i want to go ahead and start logging eventhough i'm still researching different nbe methods:
stats:
age: 27
sex: female
married
1 child~breastfed 28 months
weight: 160, still planning on losing 20 more pounds
height: 5'8"
bra size: 36A-left, 36AA-right,
bust-fullest: 35 inches
under: 32 (this has gone down 1 1/2 inches since jan, i'm losing weight)
diet: plant based, little dairy and meat
exercise: 4-5 hours of cardio a week
main goal: even things out, i have one of those inserts, that makes me pretty even when i wear it on the right side, so with those measurements, i need to gain about 1 1/4-1 1/2 inches on my right side alone.
Current program:
breast massage on the right breast only for 15 minutes a night, will add more once i decide on which NBE road to take.
this is day 2: i'm just loosely following techniques from here and some youtube video i watched.
Concerns: I stopped breastfeeding almost 1 1/2 years back, and i just discovered after a shower i could express a couple droplets of fluid from my larger breast, should i be concerned about using certain methods of BE? I was considering noogleberry and would mainly work on my right breast if i went that route, but those devices won't induce lactation will they? anyone know?
