Good one girl! Wish you all the best in your new project. I was just reading back a bit though and I noticed you said you were gonna take a few days break from the celexa...might be a bit late but i'd really recommend you never do that! SSRIs take some getting used to and if you have the levels at constant fluctuation in your body you're likely to make the anxiety worse as you'll be contantly going through withdrawal then adaptation. Only stop taking them with a weaning plan from your doctor to get off them, try to never miss a dose otherwise.

I didn't actually take any time off my Celexa. I just lowered my gaba and my night sweats have stopped.
I've been on it before at lowest dose and quit them cold turkey. My Dr gave me the Okay for that one. This time He has told me I have to be on it a year. I won't miss dose on purpose! I swear!

Good for you :L yeah although they didn't have horrible withdrawals like the ones I'm on now, not taking them regularly would defo send me on a bit of a rollercoaster. Do you feel like they've helped you much?

I feel they've helped. I started them over a month and a half ago, and actually they cleared my mind up quite well which is the reason I'm able to move on like this. I don't know if my removal of the stressful relationship or the medications are the cause, but I feel fantastic in life right now.

I'm doing well :-D thinking positive with my boobies and still taking herbs. Not being super consistent with nb but im not terribly concerned!
