Not sure what a 0800 number is in the UK, but probably the same thing!

Sometimes I feel like my mind is kaput, too. Especially lately.

I honestly wouldn't know how to do a script, as I've never done hypnosis of any kind (and it scares me to be honest)! I just try to relax and focus on my breathing before making myself visualize.
