Howdy,
I tried NBE back in 2007/2008, with moderate success. In fact, I located my old program page (it's not working at the moment though) and have grown since my starting stats and maintained. I will post my old stats when I can access Network54 again.
My new stats:
Age: 23 (24 soon)
Height: 5' 2"
Weight: Struggling to maintain at 7 stone, usually between 6 stone 7 and 6 stone 11, but I am actually trying to put on weight by eating more and exercising.
Diet: Vegetarian (I ate meat on my previous programme so we shall if it makes a difference). Mainly carbs (rice and pasta), I eat Quorn and Soya to get protein. Will start eating more eggs. Eat quite a lot of cheese, mainly ricotta.
Exercise: Wii Fit Plus: mainly balance and upper body exercises, however I do go street dancing every week.
Smoking: Non-smoker. Never smoked in my life. Second hand smoke on Sundays.
Drinking: On Sundays, moderate.
Drugs: Second hand weed smoke on Sundays. Never done any drugs, apart from pharmaceuticals, caffiene and alcohol. I have tried my best to cut caffiene out, although I still have a cup of tea about twice a week and eat chocolate.
Marital status: Single
State of mind: Pretty anxious
Over bust: 81 cm
Bust: 84.5cm
Under bust: 73cm
I have assymetical boobs (right is about half a cup size bigger) so I wear a 34B even though my measurements will probably say something different. 34B is quite loose on the left boob but the right fills it.
My programme is a simple one. I'll only make it more complex if it doesn't achieve anything, this way I'll know what's doing what.
I'm using wonderup tablets, wonderup cream, and taking Omega 3 in the form of Linseed oil to help with circulation. I have very cold hands and feet and have read on here that body temperature is important for boob growth.
Morning (roughly 8am):
2 x WU
5 min massage with WU cream. I just apply it all over my left boob and then use small circular motions to help my skin absorb it. I do small circular motions on a small area of my boob and then move my hand around whilst carrying on this motion to cover the whole breast. I particularly focus on the left hand side of my breast (near my armpit) as I'm trying to fill it out. I don't massage my right boob yet as I am trying to even them out initially.
1 x Sainsbury's Veggie! brand Omega 3 for vegetarians & vegans.
Afternoon (roughly 1pm):
2 x WU
Evening (roughly 8pm):
2 x WU
5 min massage (as above) with WU cream
I try to take my WU with meals as the directions say to. It also encourages me to eat, which will help with weight gain.
I have been on WU for about two weeks now. I have been using the cream for 4 days. I have only just started taking Omega 3.
