I had the same question because I've been reading conflicting things regarding the north/south poles. It seems that most people use the 'positive polarities' for both sides and place this positive side to the skin? (which is south side, right)? The side of the stack of magnets which faces north, is the south pole (and this is positive). The side which faces south, is north pole and this is negative. Am I right?

Positive (south) to both nipples for the 'growth treatment', positive to right, negative to left for 'energising treatment'. Negative to both nipples for the 'inertial treatment'. Negative to the base of the back of your neck with all the treatments.

Unless you like me where the negative to the base of the neck causes you to become very "off" feeling, then you would apply the negative to areas such as your thighs, or like me one set on both thighs. Thanx Louise ;-)

This is the easiest way I found the figure out the polarities of the magnets. Get a compass and face it to the north. The south pole is attracting the compass needle to the north. If you take your magnet and put it on the south side of the compass it will attract the needle to the magnet if it is the south pole and repel the needle away if it is the north pole. I hope it made sense the way I wrote this. These things confuse me also . I had to get my husband to help me figure it out
lol.
