My period is so bad this time. During last night I had to empty my mooncup three times. Today during the day it was all fine, almost no bleeding but since the evening I have to empty it every 45 minutes or so. A Mooncup can hold 15-30 mls (a regular or normal tampon can hold only between 6-9 mls). It is really a lot of blood I am losing.

Peggy try and get hold of some ladys mantle!!!!! i cant emphasize this enough. Nothing stops the pain and blood loss for the first two days for me and i brought this in desparation! My last first day was horrific. 2 hours of taking ladys mantle extract the pain and heavy flowed eased right off and never came back the rest of the cycle. Google it and you will see
