This is a great list! After reading awhile back that cancer must live in an acidic environment I have been putting lemon in my water daily now. 
To add to the list (didn't see it) but soursop is supposed to be able to kill off cancer cells 10,000 x better than chemotherapy....or something like that. You can buy soursop juice in my area at the asian markets. Can't speak for other areas unfortunately.
