I am only using à hormonal birth control friendly tropical breast enhancement cream until I switch to thé none hormonal Cooper iud but once that happens i intend on doing thé following:
Month of milk thistle to restore body to before bc (contraceptive began à +/- month ago.
First 14 days of menstrual cycle: naturaful breast enhancement cream (à friend bought me nine months so what thé hay.) +saw palmetto(which Will be taken all month)
Luteal phase: progestérone cream
I Will be working on clean eating as Well as exercise 3+ times a week (mainly strength training)
When funds improve i'd Like to purchase à noogle berry.
Oh and im sûre it Goes without saying , but breast massage through out.
I believe i have excess androgens , excess estrogen , low cortisol (ptsd) and lié progestérone.
If you think there is anything i Should need to include / revise, please comment or pm me! You laides are all so insightful.
I Will Also post my progress photos to this thread, bare in mind thé first two sets of photo have some dead time in between them as thé birth control i began resulted in a fibroendima or whatever and i needed to rule out that it was caused By my topical cream.
