Im not taking fenugreek or anything that promotes producting milk and I dont do the "marmot" massages... I was doing the normal female deer one in circles and then noticed it. I only did the marmot motion when trying to investigate further and figure out what was going on.

If I have a lot of milk hormones.... how does that gel with the fact that I'm a muscular, androgynous female?? What??

I can't answer that for you. But I can say that does look like pre milk and it's not uncommon to have out of only one breast. Only a doctor will assist you for sure
