With all of the walking around I do to get to classes I have lost some weight(10lbs) despite eating nearly twice as much as I did at home (though now I eat a LOT more fruits and veggies, most of which are raw), BUT my breasts evened out a little and maintained their size. I stopped taking the pm once I was satisfied with how even my breasts were(they are still a little uneven). I felt GREAT while taking the PM and I know that bigger breasts would help my self-esteem a lot, so I was wondering what exactly are the risks associated with taking pueraria mirifica at a young age? I'm now 19 years old and I don't expect my breasts to grow anymore. None of the women in my family naturally have anything larger than a b-cup, even after having children, so I am not worried about ruining possible growth. Does it have to do with hormone systems? I felt so much more balanced while taking the PM. It was like it balanced out the progesterone from my birth control.
You should wait at least 7 years after you started puberty to begin anything that could mess with your body hormonally. So if you started growing breasts at 13, then you should wait until you are 20 to do hormonal NBE.
