My name is chelsea. I am 25, 5'5", 115 lbs, have 2 kids ages 5 (in may) and 3 1/2. Breastfed em both for about 5 months each. Was a small 32 B b4 kids, am now a flat, saggy 32 A. I swelled up HUGE when breastfeeding!
Under bust is about 29" around bust was around 31 and 3/4 to 32. I started my program on march 5th. Ordered the enhancement blend kit from greenbush.net. They seem like an honest and reputable company with quality herbs. So I started out taking 1 pill 3x a day which is an even blend of fenugreek, wild yam and saw palmetto (575mg total) along with 1 dropper (1ml) of the enhancement blend extract 3x daily for 3 days then I ramped up to 2 pills 3x daily along with a dropper and a half for another 3 days and now I am upto 3 pills 3x daily and 2 droppers full of the extract blend. I went about a week of massaging only one MAYBE two times a day, applying a hot towel when possible. Into week 2 I started massaging twise a day EVERYDAY and just bought a heating pad and have been using that b4 AND after massage for atleast 20 mins. I figure if I use it b4 It will open my pores for better absorbtion during the massage (Yes?). I use palmers cocoa butter body oil for the massage. I enjoy the chocolatey smell, yum! An it feels really nice on my skin. Plus it has safflower oil and soy oil so I figure this is a plus considering that I read on here that those two oils work really well for absorbtion of herbs deep into ur skin.
I have also been eating healthy and exercise upto 5 x a week (pilates, cardio, strength training).
I have not seen much growth yet but im only 2 weeks and 4 days into it. I am measuring around 32 (sometimes 32 1/4(?)). I am, however, FEELING IT! My boobies are SUPER tender. I am wondering tho, if thats just from all the massage??? Im very gental tho... Thanx for reading. Any thoughts anyone?
