I was just wondering because from research I did Saw Palmetto only helped those of us with PCOS, and it's thought to be too strong for anyone else, so I was wondering if you had PCOS. I was genuinely curious about the red clover and fenugreek combo because I've read lots of conflicting info elsewhere. The only thing I would really add to your program, just in case is some sort of hormone balancer, only because of the saw palmetto. Other than that I think it looks pretty good.(23-02-2014, 18:45)JillyBean Wrote: What are you using to massage with? Def try adding some topicals. Also see about some kind of hypnotherapy. Why did you choose Saw Palmetto? And maybe I'm wrong but aren't Red Clover and Fenugreek about the same thing? THey're both phytoestrogens right? I read that you might not want too much of a single thing in different forms (2 diff anti-androgen, 3 diff progesterone boosters etc) because then they are competing for receptors in your body to do the same job.
For massage I'm just using almond oil for skin. I'm thinking about adding something for massage but don´t know what should I use yet.
I´m trying a program that must have worked for some people... I'm starting and giving a try. Besides that I don´t have big explanations why this specific combination and quantity of Fenugreek, Red Clover and Saw Palmetto. It´s my start.
But if choosing between Red Clover and Fenugreek, each one could be most effective? I didn´t find any comparison elsewhere yet.
I have much belly and back hairs! Much then most women, specially my back. Then I think SP can help about it. It would be great!! My hairs really give me stress!
I have PCOS and hirsutism as well, I think SP was a good choice (: I can't wait to see your progress!
