I use PM (for about the past 3 weeks) and Natureday cream (about 3 years ago, started back on it about a month ago) and I'm on birth control (ortho tri cyclen). I'm not quite sure the "correct way" to take it.. I have read on here that, I guess depending on what type of bc you use, you can just take it every day without cycling because on the pill you don't ovulate/ have a normal cycle. that's what I'm planning on doing. I know in the 3 weeks on PM, it is definitely working
