I am pretty amazed that I saw anything at all, but I wanted to share my before and after measurements.

Before any BE/after 1 week:

Under bust- 35"/ 35"
Over nipple- 42.5"/43.5"

I also measured general fullness, bending over and wrapping the tape around the middle of my breasts when they were dangling down. This is probably completely unscientific, but here goes...

Middle measurement right: 14" around/15.5" around (!!!)
Middle measurement left: 13" around/ 14.5" around

Long story short… about an inch of growth, and a lot more fullness.

I am still a skeptic… this could be pre-period swelling, though I'm not due for a while yet. I plan to keep it up and see what sticks around.

An inch is great growth so far! Even if it's just swelling enjoy it, it will just lead to growth soon. Take pictures, I find it so much better than measuring. Good luck
