Hello everyone! I'm brand new to these forums as a user, but have been lurking for over a year.
I have recently started a NBE program, keeping it simple at first. The difference with me is that I already have a pretty good size (f/g cup), but I am having issues with fullness. My breasts do not look that big-- they are long and sag a bit, but when they are scooped into a bra, they look fine. Still, I wish I could do a little less scooping and perhaps get more fullness.
I'm curious if/how things will work, considering where I'm starting from.
Currently, I take:
* 2 Fenugreek capsules (620mg each), three times a day
* 1-2 cups of fennel tea per day
* A one-a-day vitamin blend that has Red Raspberry Leaf
I do massages with Flaxseed Oil, sometimes mixed with Fenugreek powder. I use a heat pad to help circulation. Sometimes, I'll also have a cup of Mother's Milk Tea.
I'll also be using some suggestions. I like PetitMort's hypnosis and will listen to RockMelon when I have a chance.
I chose Fenugreek and fennel based on Dr. James Duke's Green Pharmacy text. He lists Fenugreek and Fennel as his top two ingredients for increasing breast size, and both are key ingredients in his "Bustea" formula, which I have not yet tried. I'm waiting to add one more thing… a flaxseed/Evening Primrose Oil supplement from Barlean's. This is on its way! I read a book by Judy Graham about Evening Primrose. I was intrigued by this statement from the author. "In the time I've been taking EPO, I have gone up from a 36B to a 38DD without putting on weight anywhere else." Sounds good to me!
I've been on the Fenugreek/Fennel/Massage since Monday. At first, I did not notice anything… maybe a little additional sensitivity. Today (Friday), I feel a *lot* of tingling, soreness, and heaviness. I'm not sure if this is a good sign or a bad sign. It could just be my period :-P.
