I've been massaging with flaxseed oil and it's given me great results so far. Not sure if it's temporarily swelling or permanent growth. I guess only time will tell.
I tried massaging with fenugreek oil for 3 months and it gave me no results whatsoever.

My advise is try flaxseed oil first and be consistent with your massage.
