what to do with my bad acne now ?

A liver flush. Google coca cola liver flush. I had this same issue and when the hormones were leaving my body. As a matter of fact, I had acne into the next 2 years. And did not even think of nbe. It sounds you may not be ready for your nbe program for a while if this is happening to you.
Don't be alarmed, it will get flush out, but it may take up to a year. I know it sounds like a long time, but the acne needs to cease.

Yes Hun, the first couple of flushes, I do it exact. But after that, you can probably not have to prep with the apple juice, but its best at first.

Make sure you get the "Made in Mexico" kind. I find these at Big Lots and Mexican markets.

They use cane sugar rather than corn syrup. Im due for a flush at the end of my cycle
