I love reading about your progress. you had an amazing nbe journey!
So you are starting pm with bo? I always wondered how the two would work together. I was thinking of maybe trying to add bo later if I stall on pm but not sure yet as I don't know much about bo. Might try adding other herbs in luteal first.
I hope you have great success with the new addition to your program. I'm looking forward to reading about it

Thanks! I've tried pm siam naturals internal tincture before bo in the past with no real results to last and then as equal dosing twith bo and it did not work that well. But these past few months I have done the cream only sparingly every other month very little and I think its working. If I use too much I have a long cycle and if I use just a little in follicular, I feel like I keep steady growing without interfering with bo. So its tricky. Off one/on one month is good so far. This month I was off n no growth to report. This new cycle I will be trying ainterol drops topically or maybe internal with such a small dose to test. Well see how it goes"
I see wonderful progress here! Keep it up. I know women who've breastfed into larger sizes always get them back and fast like chiyomilk. I think this program will work for you!

thanks guys! I'm actually quite surprised with my progress so far. I really expected it to take much longer
I'm not done yet tho and really hoping this keeps up
tibetan, Yes I read about some ladies that breastfed and had good progress too! I really hope I can get at least the size I had back then which was a small D cup. That would be awesome
Thats interesting how the topical pm affects your cycle. It sounds like you are pretty sensitive to it. I remember Ginie had said something similar about the affect of pm cream. She didn't take pm oraly only cream and still grew. I think what she figured was that pm must be getting into the bloodstream anyway through the cream and might actually be more potent that way since it bypasses the liver. What kind of cream do you use?
