Does anybody know why Ainterol tell you to avoid the nipple in the diagram, when rubbing atomiser & cream in..? Does it bleach the nipple?

That's exactly right! It can lighten the areola and nipple.

For some that could be a desired effect! I wouldn't mind lightening mine a little.
