It's not something I've played with myself but I have read that other women have done it. People say that Breast Actives has a weak doseage so other than the price factor, I don't think it would be harmful. Although I'm applying the cream twice a day, I still use only the amount in the supply for that month (just don't have a lot of ground to cover ). Even though I'm applying less and less each time, I still like the idea of applying it at night too. I feel like I do a lot of growing while I'm asleep and have a pleasant surprise each morning. OK....starting to ramble...I hope this helps. Let me know if yo have any questions about how I'm using BA. I know the clear direction is lacking
