I'm happy to hear that you are trying to put your sadness behind you.
Fore-mostly you must remember that she is gone to her reward. All her life she work to move through this life and on to the next adventure. She did all she could to love and teach you to be the beautiful young woman that you are.
Its good to shed a tear because you miss seeing her, but I am positive that she would want you to take what she taught you and move toward happiness and love.
She is guiding you every step of your life, but sometimes you forget to listen and think about what you have lost. Take a deep breath and listen to what she taught you.
Its even a good idea to stop and say to help me Omas!. just listen and she will guide you.
And I'm glad you have found some healthy good for you foods to eat as well.
