Hey, where to start? Thank you xo
#1

Hey, I feel a bit lost and don’t know where to start, I would like to see my breasts grow, I am in my 30s, and I have a feeling like I have been low in estrogen due to a very severe B12 deficiency and maybe not eating enough estrogen rich foods?

I am 51kg for 157cm
15cm underbust-bust difference,
Small 36B cup now
Had 34AA at 18yo
I am into fitness
Severe hair thinning (used to have thick hair in pre teens)
Low libido, very light periods and short (2days)
My TSH is healthy < 2
LH is 15.5
FSH 9.5
In follicular phase
And test 1.2

Breasts and pubic hair are Tanner 3/4 despite being 32yo.

I also started to take B12 methylcobalamin and I start to feel tingling/light itchiness in boobs/nipples sometimes, everyday. I had not feel this feeling since I was 15yo in my nipples when my breasts were Tanner 2.

Thanks for your tips!

If you've been low in estrogen, I think it would be interesting to see what effect phytoestrogens had on you. That would mean following a daily herbal program based around some of those herbs which are known to be a significant source of phytoestrogens.

Thank you,

I was tempted to just wait 3-6 months of b12 methylcobalamin repletion because there is a chance it stalled my puberty as the B12 deficiency symptoms started around teenage-childhood.

In other terms, I want to see what will this intensive B12 therapy will do for me before considering new methods.

Supposedly girls with arrested puberty (like me) that can be from a few reasons, and ever since I started taking this vitamin injections, nipples/genitals are tingling occasionally and I would say once a day at least.

So the theory is if that is the main root cause, then restoring neurological health (which was came to a point where that was very bad), could unlock the hormonal pathways and finally allow again estrogen/androgen receptors to be awakened.

, I read that phytoestrogens have very little impact on breast compared to correcting a neurological degeneration that can halt full hormonal expression and subsequently give signs of low estrogen for example, just because the receptors are blunted (aka HPO axis disrupted that once root cause is resolved, puberty could catch up even in 20s/30s).

Progress Journal (week 7 of neurological repair):
- Since starting B12 therapy, my nerves are all waking up in the whole body and it seems like they starting a process of remyelination that the body waited for for many years. Sensations include tingling, light prickling/itchy, deep nerve pressures.
- After 2-3 weeks on this therapy I started feeling these light stings and prickling sensations directly in my nipples and sometimes around the breasts. The nerve feelings in nipples is new and has not happened in years.
- subtle changes in libido, energy and endurance,
- breasts getting slightly tender to touch and slightly swell around luteal phase/nipple tenderness. It hasn’t happened in, frankly, more than 10-12 years I think.
- skintone slight change + lips slightly plumper
- Some pimples/whitehead next to lips
- Not sure there is any growth yet.

These signs are very encouraging regarding a dormant endogenous estrogen/androgen hormones receptivity that would potentially wake up.

That makes sense to me. Because if you start taking phytoestrogens now you would not know for sure whether it was working for you or not. I always say that if you do two things at once you never know what worked and what didn't, so waiting to see what happens with what you're doing now is a sound move.

Yes! Maybe in the future will add breast massage, but going to wait another 4.5 months from now first to see how the tissue responds to complete 6 months first from the HPG axis reactivation mark.

Signs like having erotic dreams or flicks of libido on/off are small hints for me right now that something is changing. I felt numb for a long time so it would also make sense it takes some months for the hormonal system to reboot.

STARTING STATS
Starting size: 34A/B
Shape: slightly conical/triangular at rest
Areola size: 4.5cm diameter
Areola shape at rest: puffy, continuous with breast tissue shape
When cold/stimulated: size shrinks temporarily

Apparently, large areola + small cup = estrogen sensitivity + stalled puberty.

Resume of the first 1.5 month:
Week 2-3: first tingling sensations mostly in nipples
Week 6 (1.5 months): first small pressures around glandular area in breast.
N.B.: Pressure sensation = ductal proliferation + fluid shifts in lobules.

Heart Update: 1.5 months of methylcobalamin treatment in the context of severe subacute combined degeneration.

 - Regular tingling/prickling especially in nipples
 - Darkening of peripheral areola (delimitation)
 - Luteal phase now comes with slight heaviness or very mild soreness if squeeze the boob

Starting at what looks like Tanner 3-3.5

It sounds like your body is reacting to fixing that B12 deficiency, and that might be the reason you're feeling those tingling sensations in your breasts—sometimes that's just a sign of hormonal shifts. Looking at your lab results and symptoms, it's possible you could notice your breasts growing a bit more as your estrogen levels get back in balance.

To help things along, focusing on good nutrition, staying active, and checking in with a healthcare provider to keep an eye on your hormones can make a difference. However, remember that any changes are typically slow and subtle.
