hey ladies

ive been on PM 110mg per day since october 1.
and i have noted a slight increase on my body fat
and weight

i check it everyday and my diet is balanced,
so nothing else's is doing it but that herb

lol i was just consuming it to get rid of it but im putting up weight
water retention too

but i am getting a cup size bigger.
oh well.

and i would have to agree that it is indeed a strong herb
which is probably why i am getting the reaction to it

also my skin is becoming clearer and nicer.
it is also known to do that.
its just in a form of those f cup cookies.
you can get it cheaper at the drug store.
in a form of pills instead.

Yeah that sounds like way too low of a dose of PM to have any effect. But, brielle are you on hormonal birth control? I am and I range at least 1 cup size depending on the time of the month. In fact, ~1 month ago I was measured as a 34B while on my period at VS then 2 weeks latter measured as a 32DD at the same store by the same clerk.
