I am 19. I had delayed pubert but when it started my breasts have been growing consitantly. I am a C cup now...Theyre still pretty tender & I think my might nigh be don so I'm wondering if i just need to wait or if im genuinely stuck......If I'm remembering right, I didn't have this problem in earlier stages. But now it seems like they're stuck at stage 4 where the the areola makes a separate mound but only when Im hot...When I'm cool they look normal...If i am stuck does anyone know what may be the cause and how to try and treat it without surgery??

I have exactly this same issue... I take BO now but I don't know if it is working

At 19 you're not stuck in anything. Sometimes breasts continue maturing until 20 or after. Be patient with yourself and give it another couple of years.

Wtf you have a C cup, what “undeveloped breast” means for u?
You also have 19 years, you re too young for every type of supply.
