Hello! I'm new to the forum. I was lurking as a guest but decided to join so let me introduce myself. My name is Amy, I'm 21. I'm currently a 40C looking to grow to a 40DD. I did research on the Swanson's BO and decided to give it a try and made sure my body temp is where its supposed to be. I am currently on a weigh loss journey but don't want to lose anything off what my breast size is now. I would love to hear advice and experiences.

Em, found that taking the days number of pills all at once at night did wonders for her.
Personally I'd work on the weight loss first and then do BO.
All BO did for me went to my Butt and that now what I wanted to grow.
But every one is different

Em, found that taking the days number of pills all at once at night did wonders for her.
Personally I'd work on the weight loss first and then do BO.
All BO did for me went to my Butt and that now what I wanted to grow.

If I could take 4 pills like that I would lol. I'm kinda doing both I at the same time. With the Swanson's I made a cream. 7 capsules and 15 pumps of Aveeno lotion (unscented). I lost 15 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Weight loss progress? Thank you for the advice, I'll definitely take in mind about working on the weight loss first.

If I can lose 15 more this month I'll be happy. My goal is to lose 15 every month until I reach my weight loss goal.
