Ive been taking spearmint for about 3 weeks now to reduce the dht in my body. Let me just say that i went from 34 inches to 35.7!!! I am so happy and thrilled to see growth. I just wanted to tell everyone about my growth lol

Wow well done! Happy for you! I got some spearmint tea, taste a bit funny tho.....
Thank you! And i heard spearmint tea works just as well as the pills. I just dont have time to consume the tea everyday. Let me know if you have any results from drinking the tea

I didnt drink the tea i brought the capsules. Theyre 400mg and I take them twice a day.

No just the pills! I am thinking about getting sesame seed oil and mixing it with my lotion to massage my breasts with but that will be later on.

So many people are saying there are no results AT ALL, and then there are people saying there is a significant result and it's so confusing and I don't even know if it'll work
