I couldn't find any of the herbs mentioned in this forum. I did manage to find fenugreek. Can normal people consume this? I can't import drugs/herbs so I can't buy online, it won't go through customs and I might get into trouble

That is for persons with Diabetes Mellitus. ..That is NOT what you want. MSM stand for Methylsulfonylmethane.

Most of these herbs can or are "supposed" to help with several different things. If you are doing a search on an herb & want to know specifically for BE you should add that in your search (example: "fenugreek for breast enlargement").
