Under bust:29'' Top: 33'' Bust:35'' <<<
the 35'' at that time was just swelling and I went back to 34.8''

I've noticed my bum has gotten bigger/rounder, probably from the pm soap and eating more than usual

Ingredients- Pure Puresterol (Pueraria Mirifica extract), Aqua, and Glycerin Base. Found the ingredients, it's on the same page just scroll down, the font is in purple.

I've already gotten my period this month (on the 4th to be exact). And today, I've noticed some spotting...
Any of you ladies who've experienced this have any advice on what I should do?

It contains Sugar, Syrup, Gelatin, Pectin, Cranberry Juice, Papaya Extract, Collagen Protein, Royal Jelly, Isoflavone, Glycine Max, Wild Yam, Vitamin C, Citric Acid, Flavor, Vegetable Coloring, and Pueraria Mirifica Extract 100mg.

Hi Shanasia! I've been reading your thread, and you're making awesome progress! Makes me want to buy some PM soap too! Ahahaha.
The Must up candy looks interesting! It has PM in it, so maybe it's worth a shot!
I had some spotting when I first started with NBE, I almost thought I was pregnant! A lot of members seem to have gone through that too I think it's safe for you to continue, but if you have any discomfort after that, do take a break!

Yeah, I'll give that must up candy shot, I'll let everyone know how it goes (might take a while since it's from china ) however, it recommends
not to take it while on you're period.
And thanks for the advice, I'm just going to take it really easy with PM (taking 1 every night for 12-13 days.)

You just don't get to take pictures every month/few months. As long as you can see your progress yourself, it's all good! So sorry about the camera honey.

here you go. I found my PM soap which i got from these guys. . It appears to have all natural ingrediants and smells divine. Its quite moisturising too. I have my doubts itl actually help in my case but its such a lovely soap regardless

Update:
Decided to take 1 capsule of PM today, my breast ache at the moment, they feel extremely heavy. I'm currently wearing a low cut shirt and noticed my breast look much fuller (which they normally don't whenever I wear low cuts). Can't believe only 1 cap is doing this though O_o
I haven't been massaging a lot like I used to. I get lazy (lol) plus I don't have anymore pm cream left (still waiting for the bella cream
Still patiently waiting for my bust roller.... >_>
