I think its better to ween yourself off of NBE instead of just stop taking them all together at once.. you should give your body time to get used to the changes your making-- also, if you notice any changes as you're weening yourself off the NBE you're taking, then you will have your answer

but looking at it black and white- I think whenever you put hormones in your body, just as when you get off bcp, your body goes back to normal. :/ bc it's not getting the same hormone surge it was. you know what I mean?
