Well, looks like one method does not fit all.  I am underbust 34, over 40, which puts me at 38B by underbust method, but for over bust method I am 40AA, which fits me more accurately.  My breast are muscular beneath due to my daily exercise, but they are not large.  I like them since they fit me well though.  See post#68 below for my pic:
