Thank you so much for making the before and after pic for me peggy :-). I still can't believe difference because they only measure half an inch bigger but they look so much better hehe. I only started in January so just going to keep going and hope they keep growing! How is your growth going?

I take 300mg of PM per day for 2 weeks of the month and 100mg for 1 week then a week break when I have my period. The dosage per capsule is 100mg and the recommended daily dosage is 200mg. I tried 200mg for the first month and didn't see results so I upped it and progress has been pretty fast. I did get headaches for a couple of days a month ago and though it might be because of the dosage but since then it hasn't happened again so my body seems to be doing fine with the higher dose. Have you tried PM yet?

I checked out your pics. You have definitely made good progress :-) and your boobs are looking very pretty. It's funny you say your bf hasn't noticed your growth because neither has mine haha. He thinks it is because I'm getting my period even though they have been bigger for at least a few weeks . How are you finding hypno? I tried doing Blake Talks but I kept falling asleep. I do want to keep going with it but some of the talks are an hour long! Subliminals seem to be good for me though :-).

Also I noticed you are very petite, just like me. It just goes to show that you can still gain if you are skinny because I was worried that I wouldn't be able to. xx

Thanks for your reply. Is it 100mg of PM EXTRACT or root powder per capsule? I read that the extract is 7 times stronger than the regular PM powder.
No, I did not start with PM yet but I am considering to take it. Just not sure about the dosage etc. I am a bit afraid of the side effects, since there are just a few human studies and most of them were done with very low doses like 25-100mg per day.

It's root powder per capsule. Here's a link for a study which is held on a PM's sellers website http://www.puerariamirifica.com/pueraria-mirifica/case-studies-pueraria-mirifica.htm It's not very detailed though. It appears study participants were given 400mg and 800mg. I know what you mean though about side effects. I am just trying to listen to my body and hope for the best.

No I don't think I will tell my bf. Last year I tried NBE and told him about it and he wasn't best pleased. He didn't try to stop me, just said that he didn't see why I felt that I needed to do it. If they get really noticeably bigger and he asks then I'll reconsider then.

I will also try out the youtube video :-). Blake talks is just too long haha xx

I have heard that as well on the forum. Ainterols lowest dosage in capsules is 500mg which is quite a lot compared to the 100 mg for Siriporn. It seems to be working for me at the lower dosage so I can't complain. http://www.puerariamirificabuteasuperba.com/ that is the website there. The reason I buy them is because they are organically farmed and I prefer to use organic products. I couldn't find any info to support that Ainterol was organic so that made my decision for me. xx

I bought the Siriporn capsules today (same website) and they were already shipped. I am so excited! But I will take only one capsule in follicular phase and see how my body reacts to it.
