Thanks Pom, the only thing I havent done on the list is to force myself outside...thats exactly the problem...its cold and wet..
But its a good reminder...I shouldnt let the weather come between it...
I've also seen a ton off movies this winter to enjoy myself indoors...probably more then I saw in my whole life.. I already downloaded Totall Recall with Arnold Schwarzenegger for tonight..lol.And Im cooking a lot to enjoy from food...But in my head it should be summer now...we'll stilll have 2 months winter

awh pom! that was a cute read
always helps me out to get moving-- joining a gym and such. I hate sitting still! lol
I know the article did mention this but I stress the vitamin D-- usually its the low light of winter, lack of vitamin D from the sun that has such an effect on our mood. Try a D supplement
I hope you feel better <3
ps. i know what you mean, it never stays -__-

Some links for myself:
http://www.builtlean.com/2012/09/24/body...men-women/
(awesome, pictures included with body fat percentage)
http://www.builtlean.com/2010/08/03/idea...age-chart/
(chart, off lean healthy etc. percentages off fat body mass)
I have a new weight scale that shows you how much off your weight is muscle, fat, bone, and fluids)...so I'm investegating my own body fat mass.
Totally nude I weigh 52,4 kgs....with ONLY 9,6% fat, Im not even in the chart not even under lean which starts from 11% and a 3.yo girl can have the same percentage! Initially I was happy with the 9%... And how weird I have MORE muscle then athletes according to the chart Im at 48% muscle...
And I already lost big time muscle mass from my butt, legs and arms since I stopped sporting..Cant believe this scale see's me as mascular.....
Athletes are about 44%....Weird...and my bones I could carry in one hand in my purse all day long...2,4 kgs...average is 3 kgs..

Hannah, number does not matter as long as you feel good when you see yourself.
