OK, here is an update re my program. Cycle day 23 and my breasts are quite hurting since I am using the bust roller.
The last two cycles my program was:
Massage:
- 100-200 circular rubs when I use my breast pump (I rarely massage on days when I do not use my breast pump :blush: )
- Bust roller (since 8 days): Every day for 5-10 minutes, sometimes twice a day
Breast Pump:
I use it every second day for around 45 minutes, sometimes only every third day (because of missing privacy).
I pump 7-10 mins, then massage 2-3 mins, pump again etc.
Exercise:
- NONE since last two cycles (omg, I am so lazy :dodgy: )
(afraid that myboobs will slap my butt :blush: )

Supplements which I stopped:
- Progesterone cream (PC): didn't use since two cycles as I want to test my hormones tomorrow or on Saturday
- Spearmint essential oil: didn't use since two cycles (but will start in my next cycle)
Supplements which I currently take:
- Black cohosh extract since January 2nd: 40 mg per day (I didn't take it in the last couple of days, as I want to test my hormones tomorrow or on Saturday)
- Evening Primrose oil since January 10th: 2 capsules per day, each caps has 1300 mg EPO
- Saw Palmetto since January 24th: 400 mg per day (I didn't take it in the last couple of days, as I want to test my hormones tomorrow or on Saturday)
- Fenugreek tea: Took for some days this cycle but then ran out. Thougt I could buy it here, but no I can't. :dodgy: So need to order more online...
Still taking MSM (3-4g) and vitamins, not related to NBE.
Hypnosis:
Stopped listening to PetitMorte because I always fell asleep. :dodgy:
Subliminal Sounds: stopped this as well :blush:
So as you can see my program was quite chaotic and not very consistent. :rolleyes:

Hi lovely.
Can you do me a favour and let me know what the dimensions of your particular breast pumps cups, im after the width across. The noogleberry mediums are 9.5cm across (too small) and 12cm wide (too big) - I wondered if your brand cups had an inbetween size which would be perfect! Thanks hun

The dimension of the medium cups is:
10.7 cm x 10.6 cm
without the silicone ring
9.7 cm x 9.6 cm
with the silicone ring (inner dimension)
Tomorrow I will receive the large cups and will let you know the dimensions of them.

Morning Peggy. Yes straight away that sounds like it would be a better fit. I only need them to be a bit wider. But yes il hold off until you update with the large dimensions thank you !

Hi again, you should ignore the dimensions without the silicone ring, as you will leave the ring on the cups (its much more comfortable). So the dimensions are 9.7 cm x 9.6 cm for the medium cups.
The large cups should be more like 12 cm x 14 cm in case it is correct what they state on amazon.com. Will let you know tomorrow.

My bra + the bikinis from China still did not arrive. Tracking did not change since March 3rd. I believe the package got lost. I am waiting since 5-6 weeks now.

That's not cool Peggy! I wonder if we got from the same supplier? Is the sellers feedback ok?
I noticed on my ones they offer a money back guarantee, if youre seller has that Id just contact them and demand your money back, explain a friend of yours is on her second order from them over a 5 week period and you are still waiting on your first!

Yes it was the same seller, Ella!
I asked her to extend the purchase protection time, what she did. If I won't receive it within 1-2 weeks, then I will make a claim.
I am so p... off, as it was not only the bra, but also three bikinis, of which one was for my sister.
