Hi everyone, I have been taking a few things for a long time but with no success. I don't remember what it was I did, but I wasn't keeping up with anything I did. Now im more determined to stay on the right track for the long haul. :p
This is what I have so far:
Alfalfa 650mg 3x a day -------------- 1950mg
Borage oil 1000mg once at night---- 1000mg
Gelatin 1300mg 3x a day ------------- 3900mg
MSM 500mg 3x a day -----------------1500mg
Fenugreek 610mg 3x a day -----------1830mg
Fennel seed 480mg 3 x a day---------1440mg
Hops flowers 2x 310mg 3 x a day ------ 1860mg
Vitimin C 500mg 3x a day ----------------1500mg
Evening primrose oil 500mg 3x a day --- 1500mg
Massage:
With cream that came from BA system in the morning and at night for 5 min. each.
Once a week use fenugreek steeped in borage oil, with heat pad for thirty min., all night.
Other things:
Multivitamin
500mcg B-12
Fenugreek tea
Fennel seed tea
Protein shake 2x a day mixed with a tablespoon of activated barley powder.
im not a vegetarian
No junk food
Stats:
Age 21 (biological female)
Height : 5’1”
Weight: 90lb (cant seem to gain weight)
Never pregnant
No drugs or BCP
32A (loose)
Under:27"
Over:28.25"
I don't quite understand the hormone thing or the menstrual phases, if someone can tell me if I have to quit something during certain times that would be fabulous. I have only been doing this for about a week and i feel tingles randomly through the day and so far have no other side effects. I started on the first day of my period btw. I don't plan to take any breaks.
