[Perception]

Hi everybody,

Ok i don't have any measurements what so ever so im going to post a few pic. I started on my program on the 28th October and the ingredients are as followed:

MORNING;
1 feneugreek capsule
1 cup fennel & fenugreek tea (2 teaspoons of each fennel seed and fenugreek seed % 1/2 cup boiling water)

TWO HOURS LATER;
3 maca tablets
1 biotin tablet
1 vitamin C
1 Zinc
1 flaxseed oil soft gel

MID - DAY

1 fenugreek


TWO HOURS BEFORE DINNER

1 fenugreek

AFTER DINNER

3 maca tablets


Fenugreek contains a high percentage of mucilage - a natural gummy substance. This may block the effectiveness of other supplements therefore I take my fenugreek a few hour before or after taking my pther supplements as to ensure that it does not interfere with the absorption.

Ive been on this program for two days now and already have intense tingling and they fell heavy anf full although they dont look any different.
