So since GR has become unavailable to me and I've got v lazy (and sick of the smell and low blood sugar I get from high doses of the stuff), I've been wondering if there's any benefit from taking a very low dose (like 1 swansons tablet per day) of fenugreek on a daily basis. It'd work out pretty cheap that way and I could just take it for the forseeable future with my regular meds, so no thought required. Has anyone got growth like that? I never get tingles or anything at that level. Would just like to know if i'd be wasting my money or not.

Not sure but I doubt anything below 1500 mg has any effect. If you're getting low blood sugar it would be better to address that then to try to push the limits of your health. Eat tons of whole grains to get the necessary nutrients, especially brown rice. They should be the main part of your diet. Then after a long time maybe consider FG or GR, WY or etc.
