hye NBE... i have a question to ask... can u guys give suggestions which herbs work best to balance our hormones? i don't take hormone test... just need to know what herbs would work to balance our hormone that will works by itself... meaning that, eventhough we dont know what are we lacking or what we have too much in our body, it will work by itself to balance them...

I wish it were that easy! you can do a healthy omega blend.But that's about it to be safe. Google it.
