Hi Everyone

Many of you will know me and what i have gone through since i started NBE in 2008. I started out as male and i am now a fully functioning woman and i will say i am pretty happy as the person i now am.

What i wanted to know and talk about is painful breasts I have suffered with this from very early on in my development which is understandable and a good thing if the pains are growing pains which mine where, but my growing pains from what i can make out where a lot more painful than most people on here and other forums describe them as. And even now i have been left with permanent sore and tender boobs my breasts are fully developed and have not grown any for a long time, due to weight loss i have even lost size but i have to cope with painful boobs all the time. I even spoke to my doctor a few times about it and all he said was some women do have sore tender breasts ??? is this true ? i am starting to feel like its just me

I have even had to switch from having mammograms to ultra sound because it hurts me so much. I admit its a lot better when im not wearing a bra for some reason now a days, if i could get away with going braless i would but theres no chance of that lol.

I just wondered if there is anyone else who has this problem ?? i have been told that one of the reasons is because i have very dense breast tissue but im unsure

I am not really answering your question, just sharing my experience, I had really sore breasts in my luteal before I started NBE. It was quite annoying, for like two weeks they were really painful to touch, it would also really ache when I simply get up in the morning, just changing the position from laying to standing caused pains, but it stopped after I started NBE, exactly the opposite of what happened to you, I cannot explain why it stopped either.

Yes, it's true, there are quite a few ladies who do get sore and/or painful breasts.
One of the things that can help is to take Evening Primrose Oil capsules. I know of someone who was told to take these by her doctor, and her painful breasts have stopped (she does however still take them - I think if she stopped they would start hurting again).

Hi both, thanks for your reply, i have pretty much tried everything possible to help but nothing does, i always thought that once i had stopped growing then i would get no more aches and uncomfortable feelings but sadly i think im stuck with the pain thanks for your advice

Cheryl, I'm not sure about why they're sore, but, do NOT get anymore mammograms!!!! They will only GIVE you cancer and, if you DID have breast cancer, the compression from those machines will make the cancer burst and spread!!!! It's just like if you put pressure on a zit, it'll pop.
Also, there are nearly 400 KNOWN NATURAL cures for cancer. Just do a little research and you'll find quite a few of them. Baking soda, iscador and vitamins C and B17 seem to be the best cures.

I'm one with sore boobs a lot. Do you take any hormone medications or supplements? Of course the breast is sore during PMS but if any hormone is out of whack, it can make you feel like you have PMS all the time. I think I have fibrocystic breasts and I wonder if you do too. Google it and see if you think that is what it could be and if so, then what could be causing it.
