okay, not a general aversion to weight gain question.
BUT...
I'm currently on a weight loss program. One, after years of unexplainable weight gain is actually *gasp* showing results. It's nothing more than teas + green tea extracts and the occasional acupuncture sessions.
I'm elated with my slow and steady progress and would want nothing to get in the way of it.
So will the introduction of SP actually hinder my weight loss? - My interest in Saw Palmetto is not only for the boost in breast development but also for the assistance in reducing excess (I mean, excess) body hair and skin benefits. - But if it's between the two, I'd put a hold on those woes until I see the weight loss through.
