Hello, i'm abit confused over which herbs to take and which hormones i should be looking out for.

A while back i found this breast cream "to relieve tenderness" and it had EPO among other ingredients. I used it for a while and to my surprise my breasts had gone down! so i googled another ingredient - CHICKWEED and found that it breaks down fat! what's it doing there

thereafter i tried lierac's bust lift but it's chock full of artificial steroids and no actual extracts

what should i do help

Are you trying to actually increase size? If so are you set on using a cream alone and not taking any herbs orally?
